We found the front office to be the kindest and most helpful people. Jane was especially good to help us order food and draw maps for us to go around to pick up our jeon (yummy). She even wrote a little note for us to carry in case we got lost. She made our very short overnight stay easy. Thank you, Jane. Thumbs up for Seong Ho also, who we relied on to get info and a taxi.

Visited at the beginning and end of our trip. Staff were very helpful both times. They gave us useful help with information when we arrived and sorted out our specific requests about the rooms on our return even though they were busy.
