Loved the location and the lake view. The breakfast was excellent and the room was bigger than expected. Last but not least the staff were super friendly :) We walked around the Lakes and the air quality is high in Jamsilro.

staff was so friendly and always helpful. hotel has entrance to the mall and department store and lotte world and jamsil subway station. theres also a 7/11 on the 2nd floor. when i was checking out they sent me an email informing me i left a charger in my room and i was able to get it back.

Lovely room, good view, as described and just like pictures. 10 mins from a station, right on Bangi food street which was lively but it still wasn’t too loud in the rooms!

This is very great hotel jus out the busy area of pangyo. Good rooms and bath rooms. Staff was nice enough to give me a room with good view. I especially liked to bathroom with the automatic bidet system.

The venue is very new and extremely clean. Staff very welcoming and helpful.The gym is huge, very clean, with a nice view, water and towels, new Tahnogym machinery. The pool is a super plus. Plenty of restaurants in the area.
