Clean spacious hotel with nice staff. 24/7 convenience store and a cafe on first floor About 5 minutes away from a subway station so you can get to Seoul quite easily although it does take about half an hour on the subway.

The check-in was self-service, but it went smoothly without any issues. I didn’t have any major requests during my stay, and everything was convenient. Towels, toilet paper, and trash bags were available for free at the 2nd floor lounge, and used items could be left in a collection bin, which was easy and practical. The air conditioning and TV worked perfectly, and the room was clean and comfortable. For a city like Seoul, where prices can be quite high, this place offered great value for money. I stayed for about a month and found it a very satisfying experience for long-term travel. Also, the traditional Korean market right in front of the building was a nice cultural touch—I really enjoyed exploring it.

My husband and I came to this hotel for a one night staycation, and we absolutely loved the experience. It was in an amazing location, close to the subway/train station and surrounded by lots of cafes, convenience stores and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the view from the room was amazing. At one point we had a problem with the shower but they sent someone up within 5 minutes and it was fixed immediately, so that was very convenient for us. The swimming pool had both a pool and a hot spa type pool. It was really lovely, but very busy at the time we chose! Despite that we still enjoyed it a lot. They have nice spacious private showers you can use before and after swimming too. (In some hotels in korea the swimming pool showers are not so private!) The breakfast was really delicious, with a great range of western and korean options. I really loved the pancakes! It's a large hall with a lot of tables and chairs so despite being busy it was easy to get a table and sit down immediately. The staff speak both Korean and English and are very professional and kind. They were always ready to explain things and answer any questions. Loved my stay here and I would happily stay again in the future. Great hotel for couples, and also families!!

We loved everything about this hotel! We had a premium double room on a high floor and the view was awesome - including the Namsan Park Tower. There is also a roof top garden which hardly anyone uses, so had that to ourselves for a couple of nights. The staff are so lovely and helpful with good English - and there's always google translate! There's a washing machine you can use in the basement, and a smoking garden on the ground floor. It is a little out of the way, but for a side of modern Korea without the tourists, it's perfect with plenty of cool little restaurants and cafes at non tourist prices. Pastel City is just across the main road and has great eateries and bakeries. It's central South location is well connected by metro (underground) with Sadang station literally on the corner and two main lines running through it. Pick up a T card from any local shop and pre load it - journeys are less than a pound each. Our room was cleaned exceptionally every day, and the cleaner took all rubbish and recycling. It was epic to wake up there every day and roll up the floor to ceiling blinds! Choose city view over balcony.

Large room with heated, tiled floor. Located near large public market that's fun and interesting to walk through, as well as tons of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Had a small bar fridge, big tv, and hairdryer.Train station was close by. Staff at front desk were extremely helpful, calling us taxis, recommending sites nearby to go see, lent us an adaptor, and let us store our luggage there before checking time and after checkout time at no charge.
