When my flight changed, I informed the hotel & they were quick to respond, letting me know that there would be no issue with me arriving much later than planned. The staff was super friendly, my room was clean, I was allowed extra time to check out beyond 11 am, they called a taxi for me, there was a 24 hour 7-Eleven in the lobby, price was e collect, and Chinatown was within walking distance. Exceeded my expectations!

from the moment we stepped in, all staffs were super friendly and were ready to help. since I only got a name of one staff, mr. chung kyoung yool ( sorry if I misspelled the name), I am only able to name one staff, but every one went well over and beyond on providing amazing service. thank you so so much!!! we highly recommend this location.
