Location was near the airport which is what we wanted. The room size is comfortable for 3 adults. It’s very clean and modern. Has a nice view of the sea with plenty of sunlight from the windows. A small kitchenette is available and the bathroom has a bidet and good water pressure. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff is extremely nice. They all speak english and they help you with whatever you need (taxi, flight information, restaurant reservations and recommendations, etc.) The rooms look quite high end and are very clean. The shower pressure is very good. You get a clothes dryer / refresher machine in the room which comes in very handy after eating in a BBQ restaurant, since it eliminates all smell out of clothes. The location is also great. There is a grocery store right next door, along with a smoking area. The hotel has a car valet who parks your car in the garage for you and gets it out in 10 minutes after requesting it. You can pay for breakfast whenever you want, and the food is really good, with lots of choices. I really couldn’t recommend a better hotel! Absolutely amazing.

The hotel has a great location and very accommodating staffs. I appreciate the cleaning lady as well as she always makes my daughter bed extra special. Her effort to make nice arrangements with my daughters toys, pillows and whatever stuff she leaves on the bed. My daughter always say that she’s so nice to do that extra work. You can visit many places by foot - restaurants, convenience stores, Black Pork Street, Dongmun Market, etc.

The hotel was close to bus station so easy to take buses around the island. Close to 24/7 convenience stores and restaurants! The staff was very nice and understood and spook English good, as my Korean was limited. Due to some issues with my booking (flight cancelled from Busan) I had to change dates and seems my booking got lost. They sorted it out on the spot with help of reservation team. I even got an upgrade due to the wait! Amazing service! Jeju is such a nice place and I wished that I stayed longer. But I will be back!

It is full of nature outside the city.

It is full of nature outside the city. Small population of about 670,000 so there is no crowds of people. The island has much to offer. We had not explored Seogwipo which some people we met in Jeju said it was a place they would go again. (Seogwipo). Depending on what each person likes, we wold go more for the nature and sights, food and culture.

Beaches and nature spots are soooo pretty!

Beaches and nature spots are soooo pretty! The public transport is good; however, the island is sooo big, so it's super recommended to renting a car. the food is awesome but a little bit expensive. Must to eat black pig and a lot of sashimi and abulone.

Booked a two day Jeju English Private Taxi Tour for five people. Walking trails, forest walks, waterfalls, lava caves, scenic coastline, beaches, volcanic craters, forest walks Haenyeo Museum, forest areas, tangarines! Thanks to our guide Terry it was a great experience.

Jeju is just amazing, people are just exceptional around, very cheerful and very loving to the baby. We loved every bit of jeju, the clear blue sky, the beaches, the infra, coffee shops, bakery. Literally everything. Jeju is so colourful. Whereever the eye rolls its filled with hues. The place has its own vibe. Must visit once in life

Jeju is a great holiday destination that caters to all.

Jeju is a great holiday destination that caters to all. We were a group of three between 29-33 years old. Great and diverse food, amazing nature, great hiking trails, amazing beaches, locals who are used to both domestic and foreign tourists (+-13.000.000 a year) and competitive ferry pricing with eg Hanil ferries which you can easily book from 30 bucks round trip. Book the third class and proceed to chill on deck and in the on board restaurant as the trip is a mere 2.5 hours. Jeju city has a lot to offer, but the city in the south is also great (Seogwepo). If you feel like dining at the beach there are a lot of niche options like beach club Vadada and born to be burger/pizza at the pool and football stadium. Summarized we did not have enough on our long weekend trip there. 10/10.

I didn't have the right bus card, but the driver let me ride...

I didn't have the right bus card, but the driver let me ride anyway... I found an old bicycle on the street, but the seat was not rideable, I could ride it standing up but not sitting down. So I stopped in a car mechanic's shop and a simple fix for free and I was on my way. Jeju National Museum of Art was interesting.

This hotel was located in a central area of Jeju City. Easy to walk and find restaurants and shops. Upon checking in the early evening, the front desk staff was unfriendly and cold. She didn't even want to say hello and made little eye contact which is not what we expect when staying at hotels. However, the rooms were clean and nice. The staff in the morning were much friendlier which made our experience a bit better upon check out.

Was in central Jeju city, walking distance from lots of good spots and restaurants are literally on both sides of the hotel. The room itself was very spacious, more than enough for 2 people with a good bathroom and big TV. My room also had a view of the ocean too which was lovely. The shopping street, a laundrette and many convenience stores are also within walking distance.

Great location for accessing all parts of the island - be prepared to be on long bus rides regardless, but you can catch all these buses close to Yeha guesthouse and walk/bus to attractions in Jeju city. If you are more of a nature person and are not interested in Jeju city so much, I would definitely recommend staying on the South side of the island near Seogwipo instead.
