Very friendly staff with good English on the front desk. They were very accommodating and provided us some flower vases for my wife’s flowers when we arrived. Even though it was the off season all the facilities were available and the hotel was well staffed. The view from our room was absolutely stunning.

The standard of this hotel in this city is not very high, and it is not the most comfortable one, but the price/performance ratio is still acceptable. At least if you have been to the sagishaka hotel next door, you will feel that this place is simply heaven.

Good quality/price ration. In terms of service, they always have staff on the floor ready to assist. Food is nice and the restaurant service is perfect (fast/professional) even late in the evening. The restaurant menu is large a lot of varieties. The price of the meals is attractive

The hotel offers good value for money. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get a family room, so we booked separate rooms. But the rooms were good – no issues with furniture or design. Breakfast was not an open buffet, but it was definitely sufficient. Just a note: tea, water, and snacks outside the set menu are considered extra. The staff were very helpful, especially during check-in, check-out, and when calling a taxi for us.
