The staff Lubna and Nader were extremely friendly, caring, and helpful. They upgraded our room and provided cake for our anniversary which was a beautiful gesture. The jacuzzi is big and fits 2 people comfortably. The living room was spacious, my friends came over and we were 5 people sitting. Also the heaters worked perfectly as the temperature outside was very low.
