The girls Rashmi, Nimesha and Kawya are cousins, very friendly and helpful. The bungalows are near the sea, the food cooked by the girls with the help of their grandmother is excellent, peace and rest are guaranteed. There is an additional restaurant on the beach quite near. Local fishermen deliver fresh fish every day, which the hosts also prepare for you.

The Majestic Beach Retreat with its location, amenities and hospitality is one of the best holiday locations on the Western coastal belt of Sri Lanka. I could truly unwind and relax at this retreat to the sounds of the ocean's waves. Its infinity pool offers beautiful vistas of the setting sun. I've stayed in at least 100 different locations in Sri Lanka over the years, but Agro Village wins my award for the best rooms. Designed and built by the owner, the rooms are light and airy, with all the plugs in the right places, an amazingly comfortable bed, no mosquitoes, a very good bathroom - with a mop! - and an outside area in the trees. The food is just right too. And he's planning a swimming pool! The price is a lot lower than other places in Kalpitya, if we needed any other reason to come back.

Beautiful small resort for relax in nature, beach and pool + We were amazed by unique building, garden and pool with great rock design! The location provides perfect relaxing atmosphere, just 5 minutes to virgin beach, nature is all around. The meals are delicious and staff were friendly and very helpful, smile ☺️. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good spot near the beach and lagoon. Friendly and helpful Staff. The food was exceptional, the Room very cozy and comfortable. They will always help if you need something. We had the chance to see and swim in bioluminescence water in the lagoon. it was magical. Thankyou for everything

    The hotel is absolutely remote - in the middle of nowhere! But that makes it very nice. During the night for beautiful stargazing and during daytime for trips to the beach and the surrounding dunes. I have received a free upgrade to a fantastic deluxe room - freshly renovated and clean. The breakfast was also very nice. I would really recommend the Dune Towers for a quiet trip at Puttalam Lagoon.

    This is an interesting hotel because of its fancy architecture and design surrounded by sandy dunes in the middle of nowhere. It gives you a sense of serenity and calm. You can enjoy the picturesque sunset from the roof. The food was very good and the staff were very nice. The hotel owners keep their place clean and charming.

    The location is really calm and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff are very helpful and kind, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The windmill nearby is a lovely sight and just a short walk from the hotel. Overall, a great experience!

    We were attracted to this hotel because of it's remote location. We enjoyed a lovely long walk along the beach, swimming and exploring the surrounding area. The food here was fantastic and the manager did all he could to make our stay a good one.
