We had a short but sweet visit to Belmont Boutique Hotel. We arrived at 9pm from the train station and were leaving very early the following morning to catch our flight. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - met us on arrival, sat us down, offered us a welcome drink and sorted out check in super efficiently and easily. We were able to order food from them, drop our bags to the room and come back down to eat. Food was amazing as was the service. The room was spacious and clean. Added bonus of a free transfer to airport. Couldn't fault it and wished we had longer there!

An exceptional stay..!! The cottage was beautifully maintained, offering both comfort and charm. The highlight was the incredible boat ride and kayaking experience—perfect for adventure and relaxation. Very very friendly staff. The owner is trying his best to make our stay confortable. The rest of the staff is also very helpful and friendly. The pictures on Booking are bad because the building is amazing and the reality is better than pictures. Very nice and big garden and very beautifull and clean pool. Room was huge and very clean. Bathroom was very nice as well.

Lovely stay in the 'country-side' in this beautiful piece of paradise. It is about 20mins to the airport and 20mins to the beach area, otherwise there is not much outside the resort but if you want a quiet place to relax this place is perfect. It is set in amongst lots of vegetation, ponds and free roaming animals including rabbits, chooks and turkeys! The individual bungalow was very clean and spacious and the bathroom superb. The a/c worked well it was so quiet apart from the odd plane flying overhead! The restaurant serves lovely dinners and breakfast was nice too. Staff were great and airport transfers a big bonus! Thank you!!

The helpful staff advised me how to enjoy Negombo attractions like the Fish Market & Negombo Beach. Room was very clean and comfortable. Was surprise to even see fireworks from an important event. Breakfast was great. Staff has kindly allowed me to leave my bag as I have a late flight to catch. The rooms here are very much cooler when compared to hostels located next to Negombo Beach. JMF Hotel has a very pretty garden with blooming colourful desert rose. Highly recommended for great staff, cooling clean rooms and good location near to bus station, train station, supermarket, Fish Market & Negombo Beach..

Maria Villa is in a quiet backstreet close to the beach. Comfortable room. Janet the owner is lovely and very helpful with booking tours and local information. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.
