We loved everything here. Very charming property by the beach with really beautiful furnitures and very comfortable. The staff is amazing, they are caring, they do everything for you to feel good and have the best experience. They spot every detail for you. The chef deserves a micheline star. The food experience was delicious. It is the perfect place to recharge. Thank you to the staff of kalkudah beach house for making this place a wonderful moment for us.

Very nice spot to disconnect from the sri lankan chaos :) the beach beside is beautiful, and wild (careful in the sea since there are strong currents). The facilities are very well thought of, nice to connect with other travellers in a relaxed environment.

Resort was directly on the lagoon,and there was a beautiful cool breeze through the hot time of the day. Anything I needed was provided....I just asked. I was even able to use the fridge. Rooms are spacious and super clean.Resort is super safe and monitored by security cameras . I slept really well,there was no noise to disturb me. I highly recommend this property. It's fantastic value. Fishing and boating is possible also.

The great customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. Spotlessly clean rooms with comfortable beds and Amazing location, close to all the main attractions. Delicious foods with a great variety. I almost never give a 10 out of 10 rating. What Ashok is doing with this place sets a new standard for Sri Lankan hospitality. The rooms are faultless, great bed, great space, super new and clean. His food is also super tasty and his support and friendly attitude is just wonderful.

A small little oasis set on the lagoon and walking distance from the beach. Host Mano, a great storyteller, was a charm always making sure you had or get what you needed. Very relaxed atmosphere and a great spot to past time. Outdoor shower was one of the best showers (pressure and shower head) I had on the whole trip.

    Wonderful experience here. The host was very supportive and kind. He helped me locate a bicycle and personally drove me to the bus station in the early morning. The place is near a great cafe/restaurant and a luxury hotel is close by with a pool you can use. Top spot!
