We found this place by accident and it was one of the best travel experiences we ever had. This is not only an accommodation, it’s a magical place. Be prepared for Pachamama, Mother Nature at its best and Sanjey, host would be an understatement, he is the king of the jungle. This man made our stay an unforgettable experience. Natural Mystic is without question an amazing spot but through Sanjey the place becomes what it is! Accompanied by a lovely family who make the best authentic healthy food you find in Sri Lanka and let us feel not like guest but friends <3 This is Hotel California, you can never leave, a piece of your heart will stay there forever. I had an amazing time her, Bandula the owner and the guide tok me on a very nice hike thru the rainforest an he does everything he can do to make sure you have a good time. after the hike you get very good food from he’s wife and very good service from he’s son. This is the place to go if you want a good experience in this rainforest area.

Thé room was very good value for money, with hot shower and drinking water available, mosquito nets and food onsite. The staff were amazingly kind and even offered to help us by doing our laundry for free as we hadn’t had time to do it before. Excellent place to stay in deniyaya

The position next to the river is very nice , it’s in the nature . The family that manages the place is very nice and will take care of you. The food on the hostel restaurant is good and breakfast is perfect

Everything was just perfect. The family was so friendly and kind and helpful. We just felt like we were at home ❤️ very clean and big rooms, not hot even in the cabana, anyway there is a fan available. The food was SOOOOOO delicious 😋 We did the forest tour with Saman and he spot many animals, he shows us many and many things in the forest, we also visited a waterfall and took a bath there! Once again, thanks so much to the amazing host, we will miss you so much. 100000% recommend.

Where to start? Hemal is such a such a kind guy and the best host you can imagine. It’s a new hotel so I was happy to be the first client. The hotel is at the entrance of the park and besides the great and spacious rooms as well as great food made by his wife, Hemal is an awesome forst guide that spots animals from a distance away! I did both the night tour seeing loris, scorpions, deer and snakes etc. (be silent while he’s spotting) as well as day tour with a.o. endangered monkeys and a beautiful waterfall. Also, from the terraces you can spot a lot of peacocks and other birds in the front of the stay. He also helped me arrange a taxi a good price back. 200% worth the visit!

The Location is very beautiful, situated in the jungle in a small village. The family was incredibly kind and made our stay feel like home. We had delicious homemade, traditional dinner and breakfast. The house is close to the entrance to Sinharaja Forest and they recommended us a great Guide who spotted lots of animals and showed us many ayurverdic healing plants. I can‘t recommend this place enough :)
