Went for a quick transit stay to spend the night. They even arranged the pick-up from the railway station which was very convenient given the time we arrived. From the welcome drink that was served even at late at night to the dinner served before checking out was all exceptional. The staff was very professional respectful. They humbly attended our requests The food and the serving was top-notch The location is easy to reach and the hotel premise has a lovely landscape with a pool Will visit again. I would recommend this to anyone who is planning to travel to Minneriya / Hingurakgoda.

Everything is fantastic. The bed is cozy, AC strong. The garden, swimming pool and other facilities are superb. The staff members are extremely friendly, polite, they helped me with everything. I absolutely enjoyed my stay after I asked for AC (I made a mistake and booked a no-AC room first). You can rent a motorbike at the property to visit the ancient city. Great value for money.

I was surprised really about your property and how amazing place that it was located. That made my day, honestly. I had visited your city several times and stayed in numerous hotels within your property range, but I could not find another property that gave us with the services you did. The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff were nice and accommodating. My room was very clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, and everything was really clean. The food quality was so good. Some dishes were excellent. The breakfast options were extremely good, and we had, like, enjoyed a lot. I mean, everything was better than we expected in a good way. The host, Mina, is exceptionally kind. She wants all her guests to be happy, comfortable and 'well feed'!!! Her cooking is also exceptional. The accommodation is simple, in a good way. I can well understand why people stay longer. Others become life-long friends. I hope to be one of these. A wonderful experience.

Kithmi was the highlight of our trip! It felt like home from the moment we arrived. Hemantha and his sister were amazing hosts, they helped us with every little detail of our stay and cooked delicious food. We told them we love local breakfasts and then the following mornings they cooked us hoppers and dal etc. so if you like it local make sure you say so! WiFi was excellent and AC was perfect. Room very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the monkeys! Weather was lovely in July. If you’re short on time you could do Pollonaruwa in one day. The ancient city tour in the morning 8-12 and then safari (Mineriya or Kaudulla) in the afternoon 1-6. Not too much else to do in the area aside from reading and eating good local food. Highly recommend this place and we would visit again!

The location is outstanding. The property is surrounded by the lake which is very peaceful. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to help us with anything we needed. They prepared breakfast for us earlier than usual and even gave us a parting gift.

Modern hotel with a great view or the lake from the room. The room was big, very clean, modern and had all the facilities you need. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and treated us well. The dinner and the Sri Lankan breakfast was great.

The pool was big and clean. The room was big and clean. The staff was incredibly supportive and friendly (e.g. when I left from them they offered me a free ride to the closest bus stop and stopped the right bus for me).

Very quiet and surrounded by large trees, historic sites and irrigation canal that is being fed by the ancient Parakrama Samudra nearby. Ranjith, the retired school teacher and the owner of the place helped me to brush up my Singhalese, his wife Amara made me a mouthwatering evening meal of rice and five curries. Dilshan the owner's son was very engaging and helped with me need. Wonderful stay. Lots and lots of monkeys playing around and even a family of deer 🦌 walk calmly through the garden. Thanks
