We booked the home with cautious because there were no prior reviews. But , it was a wonderful luxury brand new apartment. My family with two kids enjoyed the stay very much. There are two comfortable bedrooms . One bedroom and living area air conditioned. Big plus is air conditions are new and cooling well. Modern kitchen available with all necessary kitchenette. Smart TV, sofas and sceneries on wall made our stay more enjoyable and relax. Bathroom is well occupied. It was a very clean holiday home and we felt like home. Private parking is available and very is to reach the property. Although we stayed only one day, there are all facilities available for a longer stay also. The host is very friendly and always in touch and helpful. We highly recommend the Cinnamon Holiday Home for guests for both shorter and longer stay and hope to visit again !

The staff are the friendliest people you will ever meet. We were in the property for 5 hours only for a quick stop over and they looked after us so well; cold water on arrival and breakfast in the morning (complimentary!). They also offers drivers for your stay in Sri Lanka.

We stayed in WetLand as the cyclone hit and it was the best thing that happened to us!! The owners and the personal were so kind and helpful. They helped us getting there and gave us precious informations for the rest of our vacation. The room was also tidy and clean and they offer some delicious food.

The property was very good. The surrounding area was also good. The people there were very nice. There was a very good arrangement. It was smooth. All the facilities were provided as per five star. Ayana Beach Boutique met my expectation of cleanliness and comfort from the room to the beach. I brought my own food as I have dietary restrictions and also my herbal medicines. The room didn’t have fridge but they let me put my things in their fridge. They brought to my room and reminded me of my medicine so I can take it on time. They also offered a plate and cutlery for my food. They’ve been nice, polite and very helpful in so many ways. The place is quiet and so serene that you can totally relax and disconnect on a budget. Beautiful view of the sunset and the sea, lovely sound of the waves and fresh air…I will definitely go back when I get the chance.
