Beautiful welcome from Kamal, he guided us from the town so we wouldn’t get lost. He made us dinner and a wonderful breakfast. Such amazing hospitality! He even gifted me some fresh and dried pepper that he’d grown himself. Thank you again, I’d love to come visit again next time I’m in Sri Lanka and enjoy the beautiful view from the property and the pool again.

This property has amazing views, so clean and beautiful. The best thing about this place though is the family, I will never forget how warm hearted they were and instantly felt like they cared for me. We chatted a lot, and we all ate together in the evenings, easily will be one of my most cherished memories in Sri Lanka. You have to stay here!! Kindest people ever.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Crown Hotel in Ampitiya and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the General Manager and his team. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests - truly commendable. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful views and immaculate facilities, but it was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the General Manager that truly made my stay memorable. His professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch service is a true asset to the hotel. Sana was a really friendly host, who helped us organising transportation. The hotel is located in a very nice and calm area. The view from the rooms is amazing and surroundings quite - the only thing you can hear is all the birds.

The best stay in Srilanka for us. In the middle of the nature, cozy, clean rooms, delicious food and extremely hospitable staff who made us feel like very special guests. The owner arranged for us last minute tickets for the train and even arranged transportation to the station. You just tell what you need and you can consider it done. Nice feeling:). Would be happy to stay for a longer period.
