RKO Villa is a little away from the bigger towns, but still within walking distance to local shops and restaurants, and it's just a 2 min walk to a beautiful beach. Very convenient for a more authentic experience. The standout of RKO Villa was the manager, Lahiru, who made my stay AMAZING. He was so helpful, so kind and so thoughtful - making whatever I wanted for breakfast at whatever time I wanted, and showing me hard to find local spots and excellent driving when I wanted a change of location. The Villa itself has a nice roof for lounging and a shared space if you don't always want to be in your room.

We had a great stay at Opulent Oasis in Habaraduwa, which felt more like an apartment. It’s a 3-story building, and we stayed on the 3rd floor in a brand-new, spotless apartment. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioners, and 4 bathrooms with hot water. Being the first guests, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The apartment is fully equipped with a small kitchen and utensils, which allowed us to cook our dinner. It also has a dining table, TV, washing machine, gas cooker, fans, A/C, and other furniture, offering excellent value for the price. The rooftop terrace was a nice bonus, with a lovely view to enjoy. The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, which made our stay even better. For such a small budget, the apartment exceeded our expectations and was well worth the money. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable and affordable stay.

My stay was incredible, it was my home away from home! I was on a big deadline for work (I was working remotely) and I could not have been in a better place. The WiFi was great, and as I was working, I got little teas, food and so much support that it felt as if I was staying with family. I felt so welcome, when I come back to Sri Lanka, I am staying here again, for sure! I cannot wait! The breakfast and cooking was also SO yummy and delicious. I feel very lucky to have stayed here and thinking back to it, brings a smile to my face
