The staff is lovely and very accommodating. They were so kind to let me change dates when I made an error in the booking. The rooms are comfortable and have a nice eating area outside. The bed is actually quite large. The food is fantastic - we tried Sri Lankan and western cuisine and they were amazing at both. The pool is well maintained and great to unwind. The location is quite convenient to the highway and only about 10 mins by tuk to Kadawatha town centre.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Nest Kandana, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience. Its location is perfect – easy access to town and everything you need within reach. It’s a lovely hotel, too bad we had only one night there. Very clean, beautiful place, nice territory, beautiful Christmas decorations now. Good food in the restaurant. The staff very nice and friendly. Special thanks to the host Madhu, she is the nicest and most helpful.

We had the best time here! From the clean, spacious, and super comfortable rooms to the warm and friendly staff, everything was top-notch. We truly felt welcomed. The rooftop restaurant and bar had the most stunning views, overlooking the beautiful city of Colombo. We were lucky to be there during Vesak, a festival celebrated across Sri Lanka with gorgeous lanterns and lights everywhere—it made the view from the rooftop even more magical. Overall, the service was excellent, and we’d absolutely love to come back again!

We arrived in Sri Lanka very early in the morning (around 2 am), and although there was some confusion with our booking—likely due to booking.com not notifying the hotel about our late-night arrival—the staff handled the situation with exceptional kindness. The team who received us were incredibly understanding and made us feel safe and welcome despite the hour. They quickly arranged a room for us and ensured we were comfortable. Their hospitality really stood out and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We truly appreciated their accommodating and friendly approach.
