Everything was perfect! The resort is new, the decoration is very modern and meets the relaxing young vibe. When we arrived they showed us to our room and offered a group dinner with the rest of the guests that was really delicious. The hotel is full of young people ready to share some hints with you as well as their experience. Definitely out favorite hotel in Sri Lanka and a must to stay in when you come down south.

Beautifully furnished room with a nice bathroom that offers a great rain shower with hot water. The swimming pool is very inviting and the staff was exceptionally helpful, very accommodating, and friendly. We enjoyed the rich breakfast very much. The location is close to the beach. I can really recommend this place highly.

This place is truly the best place to stay. Sapiens Weligama is nestled in stunning natural surroundings, offering complete tranquility while still being close to the city. We initially planned a short stay but ended up staying for two months because, after just one hour, it already felt like home. The staff are incredibly welcoming and kind—genuinely some of the warmest people you can imagine. From the manager to the kitchen staff and those who keep everything spotless, they make you feel like family because they truly care about your well-being. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a home in paradise. The WiFi is excellent, the beds are comfortable, and the pool with its river view is absolutely breathtaking. I have nothing but praise for this amazing place! We will miss you so much, Menoj, Janith, Kalhadi, Arincini, Kavin, and Hasha (sorry if we misspelled your names! 😄). Round house is the most amazing place! Starting from architecture which is very unique and with only four rooms offers high privacy. Rooms are specious and every detail is taken care of. The staff and food are amazing! One of the best food in Sri Lanka. It’s a great value for money and I highly recommend going there!
