An exceptional stay..!! The cottage was beautifully maintained, offering both comfort and charm. The highlight was the incredible boat ride and kayaking experience—perfect for adventure and relaxation. The staff were outstanding, providing top-notch service and going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Amazing host and neat property. Mosquito nets provided and air-con made it a comfortable stay. There is an oven, good pots and a washing machine. A short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, but easy to get around by tuk tuk too. Keels and Cargills about 1.4km walk away (or tuk tuk). We would stay again.

The place was super nice, I would say better than the pictures and the owner was really welcoming, he made us feel at home straight away. Helped us to order some dinner, gave us directions and made us a lovely breakfast. He is always available if you need help. The beds were comfy (double bed mattress was a lot comfier than single that’s the only comment). Air con, mozzy nets, washing machine - couldn’t have asked for much more.

We had a short but sweet visit to Belmont Boutique Hotel. We arrived at 9pm from the train station and were leaving very early the following morning to catch our flight. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - met us on arrival, sat us down, offered us a welcome drink and sorted out check in super efficiently and easily. We were able to order food from them, drop our bags to the room and come back down to eat. Food was amazing as was the service. The room was spacious and clean. Added bonus of a free transfer to airport. Couldn't fault it and wished we had longer there!

Lovely stay in the 'country-side' in this beautiful piece of paradise. It is about 20mins to the airport and 20mins to the beach area, otherwise there is not much outside the resort but if you want a quiet place to relax this place is perfect. It is set in amongst lots of vegetation, ponds and free roaming animals including rabbits, chooks and turkeys! The individual bungalow was very clean and spacious and the bathroom superb. The a/c worked well it was so quiet apart from the odd plane flying overhead! The restaurant serves lovely dinners and breakfast was nice too. Staff were great and airport transfers a big bonus! Thank you!!

All was perfect. very good place to stay in Negombo with view on the lagoon. Big room very clean , few rooms and a very nice family We arrived very late at night and were warmly welcomed . It s perfect for your arrival your departure or your stay in negombo
