What a wonderful place and a great adventure. We love the location, the little house is super clean, no mosquitoes and the best natural swimming pool. The food is amazing and the owners very sweet and helpful. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it to the moon and back. Highly recommended. Also the organized guided tours delivered more than we could hope for.

What a fantastic place! The location is amazing, right next to the rainforest and overlooking beautiful rice paddies. The place is run by a lovely friendly family who went over and above to accommodate us and ensure we had a brilliant stay. The guided tour through the rainforest was fantastic, the guide is very knowledgeable and passionate about the rainforest and its wildlife. The food was delicious and they accommodated us being veggie. They helped us sort a taxi to our next place. Can't fault the place, would definitely return if we come back to Sri Lanka!

Where to start? Hemal is such a such a kind guy and the best host you can imagine. It’s a new hotel so I was happy to be the first client. The hotel is at the entrance of the park and besides the great and spacious rooms as well as great food made by his wife, Hemal is an awesome forst guide that spots animals from a distance away! I did both the night tour seeing loris, scorpions, deer and snakes etc. (be silent while he’s spotting) as well as day tour with a.o. endangered monkeys and a beautiful waterfall. Also, from the terraces you can spot a lot of peacocks and other birds in the front of the stay. He also helped me arrange a taxi a good price back. 200% worth the visit!

Our stay at Aadiv Twin Villas was the absolute highlight of our trip to Sri Lanka. The hotel is beautiful and full of charm, located in one of the most stunning regions we visited. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful – he truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. There’s also a lovely swimming pool with breathtaking views – the perfect place to relax and take in the surroundings. And the food… absolutely unforgettable! We had the best curry in all of Sri Lanka right here. A perfect place for anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and a real taste of Sri Lankan hospitality.

Amazing location in green area. We spotted several animals while just sitting on the balcony (including monkeys, peacocks and kingfisher). The owners are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay very comfortable.

I stayed here for two nights. The guest house is very new and furnished to a very high standard. I was greeted with juice and fruit. The hosts were extremely courteous and friendly. Breakfast was included, lunch and dinner could be chosen from a menu with fair prices and was very tasty. The accommodation is very easy to reach on foot from the Mederipitiya bus stop, but the host also offered to pick me up from there. On my departure day, I was kindly taken to the bus stop and helped to find the right bus to my next destination. In summary, I was very impressed with the hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts and I would definitely recommend booking this accommodation.

The cabin is in the heart of the forest and among tea plantations. To reach the cabin you have to cross two small creeks where you can also enjoy the natural pools. The cabin is very clean with a comfortable bed, there I also an outside patio where dinner and breakfast are served. There is electricity thanks to a solar panel. Ravindra is a very kind and attentive host. He will help you with your backpacks and will bring your meals to the cabin. He also organises tour of the forest and accompany you to the forest with his tuk tuk. We asked for dinner and breakfast and both meals were very good and with large portions both prepared by Ravindra's mother. Both during the day and night you can see a lot of birds and other animals around the cabin. Definitely one of the best experiences in our trip to Sri Lanka.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Dolagawa, nestled in the heart of the rainforest. If you’re looking for a place to relax and reconnect with nature, Dolagawa is the ideal retreat. Highly recommended!
