This place was perfectly placed at half way for us between Anurahdupura and Negombo. Not the right time of year for the beach but was very relaxing by the pool. Pradeep was lovely and so helpful. He cooked us a lovely breakfast. A beautiful property.

We had a really great stay here!! Tharanga was the loveliest host and they couldn’t do more for us. He has amazing English so communication was super easy. The pool is massive with a shallow kids section too, rooms are clean and comfortable. The food was insane, we had a few different curries and string hoppers for breakfast! They were very accommodating and let us order for specific times with vegetarian options It’s currently off season so it’s quiet, and they really kindly let us check out a couple hours later than the initial time. The whole complex is beautiful and they even had a ‘beer pub’ with a wide variety of drinks. Food and drinks were very reasonably priced and overall the stay was great value A little bit far from the town but this didn’t bother us as we just wanted to chill. I stayed at the Just Inn for one night. It was very clean and I felt comfortable. There was a double door to lock. The owner Asam is extremely friendly. He gave me a free lift to the bus station the next morning. I can highly recommend the accommodation!

Channa, the owner, is a lovely man. We had a last minute check in with him, and he arranged a spacious, comfortable budget room for the 3 of us. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the food was very good. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the hotel was very clean. Highly recommended.

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Kalpitiya, Dolphin Village is a homestay surrounded by views of the sea.
