Despite some misunderstandings caused by credit card charges through the bank, the hotel manager, Mr. Kariyawasam remained professional and kind in handling the situation. The staff were also very friendly, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. Overall, if I were to recommend a place to stay in the area, Viluxey City Hotel would undoubtedly be my top choice.

We booked the standard double room but we got upgranded upon our arrival. The size of the room was enormous, excellent cleaning conditions both the room and the bathroom. The mattress and the pillows were in very good condition, with fresh soft high quality bedsheets, the staff was helpful, warm and very hospitable! The location is in a nice district with many options around in terms of food, transport, shopping. We had our own balcony and we got served coffee in the room without any additional charge! After 2 months travelling in India, our stay in Silvikris Villa was the best welcome of Sri Lanka! The small details of the interior decoration, the facilities and the space management of the Villa made it one of our favourite accommodations that we ever stayed! We might spend another night in Colombo and definetely that would be in Silvikris Villa!!

The Sri Lankan breakfast was amazing. The host was so welcoming and friendly, was really there for everything I needed. The room was comfortable and large. A lovely view over the pool area, which was also very nice. Would definitely recommend staying. Not many reviews yet as its new on booking.com, but its a great place!

Room was very clean and A/C is working. Bed sheets were also clean and tidy . There is a pool which is super clean and nice. A little bit far from the city center but not too far. You can enjoy the nature, view and have a chill/relaxing day. Amazing view, very kind and helpful staffs also. Arosh was really kind to us. Amazing person. We planned to stay 1 night but ended up staying 3 nights. Lasty, it was a great experience! Totally worth the price ❤️👏
