This is a beautiful place located in a serene and quite tea estate. You look out onto greenery and it instantly brings you close to nature. There's a beautiful forest of rubber trees close by, and you can take a bike ride or walk though it. The host is wonderful, kind, and hospitable. And they cooked great food. Come here if you want to get away from Colombo for a bit, or need some time in nature.

We had a 3 night stay at Ayr Castle, and I would highly recommend it for anyone wishing to travel to relax and spend a few days to rejuvenate. We loved everything about the place. The location was stunning, and our suite was simply perfect for relaxing. The food was really great, with a nice selection of meals. The staff were very hospitable, welcoming, and attentive. The peaceful surroundings and the magnificent scenery were hardly things you would expect from a place just an hour's drive away from Colombo. It was the perfect escape for two people who were wishing for solitude and comfort. I would like to thank the team for making us feeling welcome and giving us an amazing stay!

The property was well maintained by Anton who did all the turnover service during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to order meals through him throughout our stay. We were able to try out all the traditional Sri Lankan food and everything was presented beautifully and tasted delicious! The rooms were large and clean, so was the rest of the villa. The pool was well looked after so a great source of fun for the kids! The area was very convenient for our visit and the owners were also nice enough to help us with a later checkout due to our night flights. Great service, great villa, fab holiday spot that served us well during our stay in Sri Lanka.

One of the best location i have ever seen. Swimming pool has a amazing view of the mountains, foods and the staff service was exceptional. Really recommend for couples and families, as soon as we arrived owner of the hotel came to welcome us and gave us a tour of the hotel. Again foods and the service was amazing.

Well worth the money spent, the quality of facilities and customer service provided truly exceeded all my expectations. The two gentlemen who manage the place are extremely customer oriented and courteous. They even go as far as ensuring that you have taken your meals.
