This was my first accommodation getting to Sri Lanka and couldn't choose better. I got so much help and advices with everything needed. A lot of sleep and yoga in big terrace. Thank you so much! There is only 2 guestrooms so it's allways calm peaceful.

I had a great stay! The house is incredibly cozy, clean, and very modest – perfect for a relaxing visit. It’s conveniently located close to Cargills Food City, Keells Super, and many other facilities, making it super easy to get whatever you need. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

Me and my sister loved everything about our stay at De Saram. Anthony and Tharak were very kind and sweet and made our stay feel like home. The breakfast prepared by them every morning was exceptional and magical! Anthony also gave us a tour of the entire property which we really appreciated. It's such a beautiful home and we are so happy we could stay there for a few days.

Despite some misunderstandings caused by credit card charges through the bank, the hotel manager, Mr. Kariyawasam remained professional and kind in handling the situation. The staff were also very friendly, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. Overall, if I were to recommend a place to stay in the area, Viluxey City Hotel would undoubtedly be my top choice.

They sat down with us, maps in hand, and laid out detailed, insider tips on what to see and which hidden gems most travelers miss. They even suggested ideas for future trips beyond this stay—talk about going the extra mile! The villa itself is spot-on: the pool is crystal-clear and perfect for lazy afternoons, the bed is wonderfully comfy (we slept like babies), and the shower has proper hot water with excellent pressure—exactly what you want after a day of exploring. The cups of local tea were amazing too If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated like family, book here,

Malabe is a busy semi-urban area, just far enough from the really busy crowded streets of Colombo to enable visitors to walk along lanes and between paddy fields, and get a taste of life in Sri Lanka outside of the city. Nearby, the small marsh, the "Chandrika Kumarathunga Mawatha Wetland" - beside a canal and well-cared-for "jogging track" - offers a lovely selection of bird life and glimpses of the huge water monitors swimming in the canal. To see even more wildlife of Sri Lanka, spend a couple of days inland visiting Sinharaja Rainforest or Yala National Park for a safari.
