My husband and I had a fantastic time here at Manuel Manor! The view is stunning! The beds are really comfy. And the staff is super friendly and attentive. We had the best food every here. We chose local food but you can als get continental food if you want. I would definitely recommend going here!

The owner went above and beyond! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hotel is in a lovely location. Some reviews have mentioned the road - it actually was easier than other roads we travelled on to get to other hotels in Sri Lanka - no problem at all for our driver 😊. The food was excellent and the bed was so comfortable.

Could not recommend this accomodation enough! It is very conventionally located away from the busier centre in a peaceful area but with a shortcut path only a short 7 minutes right into town. Both Roshan and his wife were such great hosts, very accomodating, always checking in and gave great recommendations for paces to eat, activities to do and transport options on a budget eg giving me info on busses! Facilities are great with a private bathroom and shared kitchen as well as a clothes washing machine! Room was spatulas new and clean. Could not fault it!

Really beautiful rooms with a lot of character. Definitely the rooms with the most character we had in Sri Lanka. The location is stunning too, and the hosts are always happy to organise a (very) early packed-breafast if you want to leave for an early walk. Very quiet, with beautiful rooms.

We stayed at Thuruliya Hotel for one night and loved it. The hotel has incredible views, and we enjoyed seeing the waterfalls and tea fields on the way from Nanu Oya station. The staff were very kind, and the restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes.

We had a lovely stay at Goatfell, 2 nights. The food and drinks were wonderful, and the room was comfort plus. The property is very quiet and peaceful. It was lovely to do the walk from the property thru the tea plantations.

The place ha a nice view the owner is very nice and kind, he gave us free breakfast and dinner and show us the top balcony where we can see the whole city. Absolutely stunning ! I would diffinetly recommend the place .
