the hotel was exceptional! the room and all hotel facilities were extra clean and tidy. the staff was nice and helped me at any time with any request. My assistant at the Hotel Sanduni was beneficial and helped me a lot, it was conducive to having a personal assistant. the breakfast was extra diversified and everything was fresh and tasty. the hotel had a lot of activities such as a cocktail workshop, yoga, a game room, a pool, surfing lessons, and much more. The yoga class had a great yoga instructor too, I enjoyed having yoga training in the morning. The hotel was in a great spot in the city, next to a beautiful beach with a great view.

We walked by the hotel one day and looked it up on the internet. The hotel just opened but we booked a room for 3 nights. The owner, Enrico was the sweetest. Very good communication before we arrived at the hotel and also during our stay! The staff is very helpful! Everything is brand new. The rooms are very beautiful and the view on the rooftop is amazing. We recommend this hotel and are definitely coming back!

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and immediately felt at home. The team is incredibly friendly and always ready to help to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Also the owner is personally involved and very attentive, which adds a warm, personal touch to the experience. There are plenty of facilities, and our kids never had a dull moment. The hotel is set on a hill, offering breathtaking views over the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. After our round trip through Sri Lanka, it was absolutely fantastic to take a break here and fully relax, just what we needed. In short: a fantastic experience that exceeded all our expectations. This was exactly what I needed to rest and relax at the end of my trip. Super clean, minimalistic, the breakfast was just outstanding, especially the Sri Lankan. The freshest and tastiest Sri Lankan food I had in this place! Thank you! There is a huge construction site next door. I am super sensitive to sounds but the rooms truly are sound proof, I almost could not hear anything. So it is not really a minus, just an observation.

I stayed in four hotels in Weligama over two weeks, and without a doubt, Mzion Hotel Weligama was the best. It's a well-equipped, medium-range hotel offering all essential facilities. The small pool is nice, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the bathrooms are impressively modern and large—comparable to those in five-star hotels. The rooftop is a highlight, offering breathtaking sea and city views. A best place to have a beer. A truly remarkable short stay!

Most important it was clean. For Sri Lanka it is rare. Spacious, and not crowded as there are only 5 rooms. Very soft bed sheets. Staff was helpful.
