This is a family owned and operated business away from the noise of the town, in a tranquil setting. Sanjeev and Lalith were very welcoming, and included us in their family and friends celebration of Sinhalese new year, which was exceptional. Room 3 was very large, and the bathroom spacious and just right. A perfect setting for respite close to nature. The meals were the best we've had in 12 days so far in Sri Lanka!

Super nice rooms with huge terrace and amazing view, great for photos. Loved the lobby where you can sit and chill with your friends and even nicer sittting by the pool. Full bar with beers and other bevereges. We arrived Tired and hungry after 8pm And the owner and his wife Made us great dinner so we didnt have to go anywhere. They even went to market for fresh meat. Actually THE BEST thing about this villa is the owner and his wife, both very nice and extremely helpful. The owner was guide for 20 years and he recommended us many places and helped us with planning our trip. Really the best experience with accommodation in Sri Lanka. And the breakfast was really good too (served by the pool). Great service, you never wait for anything and they try to make you feel welcome and homelike. Just awesome, thank you so much.

Very friendly personnel For our family 2+2 we got apartment with 2 separate rooms, 2 separate bathrooms. Lot of square meters Restaurant is good. For kids from Europe, eating only pizza/pasta is very good. Swimming pool is good

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property located right in the heart of a palm plantation. The host and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of for a perfect experience. The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care. One of the highlights was the guided walk through the plantation, where we learned so much about the local agriculture. The sunrise view was breathtaking! We truly regret not being able to stay longer. Highly recommended!

This place was an absolute experience! The views were seriously breathtaking and most of all if you are looking to relax, connect with nature and have the best time disconnecting this is the ideal place. The food served was really delicious as well. Would recommend this 100% to anyone travelling solo or with a family.

Probably the best accommodation we have had during our stay in Sri Lanka ! We loved everything about this place! Perfect location to relax (you ll hear the sound of birds on the morning), very cute little house for 2 people, comfortable and well decorated. Good food, and last but not least, an incredible host! Ruwan is the nicest owner we've met during our trip. As he says it himself, it's not only a bed and a bathroom. He delivers a nice experience, meeting his family and walking with Ruwan through the area and getting info about all the plants and vegetables that grow there. We got a very delicious, home cooked dinner and breakfast. We stayed here for 2 nights, and visited the cave temple in Dambulla.
