Super nice, comfortable and clean room in the midst of nature. We had a self cooked dinner which was delicious!! Very nice staff. I can really recommend this accommodation if you want to do the safari since it’s super close to the park entrance. We will miss Guri the dog of the property 🥲

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lavendish Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and a great atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Special thanks goes to Pradeep the manager of the property. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful ambiance and the peaceful surroundings, making it a perfect place to relax. The food was also fantastic, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, Lavendish Hotel is a great choice for a comfortable and memorable stay. I highly recommend it!

A Perfect Start to Our Sri Lanka Adventure – Moni Farmhouse, Wilpattu Our stay at Moni Farmhouse in Wilpattu was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized by Buddika, who managed our transfers, meals, accommodation, and safari experience with incredible professionalism and kindness. He personally arranged our pick-up from Negombo, coordinated the drive to Wilpattu, and took care of every detail of our stay. The following day, we enjoyed a full-day safari in Wilpattu National Park, which I highly recommend! We were lucky enough to spot sloth bears, leopards, and elephants—a truly unforgettable experience. Moni Farmhouse is brand new and beautifully designed. It felt like staying in a private suite surrounded by nature, offering peace, comfort, and total immersion in the wilderness. All our meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—were freshly prepared and delicious. After our stay, Buddika also arranged our transfer to Anuradhapura, making everything seamless and stress-free. We are deeply grateful to Buddika for his warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. Thanks to him, our journey through Sri Lanka started in the best possible way. Highly recommended!

Clean room, very friendly host and very cute puppies !! (called Sera and Nora) We are two girls and felt very safe! The host was very helpful and helped us with arranging a safari. The safari was super nice, we saw the leopard, elephant and our favourite: the sloth bear. For a full day safari they arrange breakfast, lunch and some snacks so it was good worth of money.

Wonderful on-site staff, friendly and helpful. I don't speak Sri Lankan so communication in English was a bit of a challenge but possible. Food breakfast, lunch and dinner is tasty good and reasonably priced. Prepared lunch for Safari tour was most excellent. The tour operator they are kinda connected to is priced right and I would use them again. Big water jug in the room.

Very nice accommodation in a calm location near the Wilpattu National Park. It has a nice and clean pool and is in the middle of nature, which makes it truly peaceful. Besides the nice environment, I would like to underline the hospitality of the people working here. They arranged a nice tour in the park for a price lower than what we found online, they cooked delicious meals, prepared a packed breakfast for our tour and coffee to help us not to sleep in the park. 🙂 I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel setting was lovely. Supun took excellent care of us. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was very convenient as it was steps away from the Wilpattu National park. Supun drove us on our Safari and was a very good guide and a spotter especially with the birds. We will definitely visit again.
