Secret Paradise is a beautiful wooden cabin surrounded by nature right by the sea. Malika and her family make sure everything is perfect – from cleanliness and service to excellent local cuisine. It’s a very peaceful place to relax, yet close to more touristy areas like Arugam Bay (about 20 minutes by tuk-tuk). We’ll come back as soon as we can, it was amazing!!!

I was given a very warm welcome by the owner of the property and the staff. Owner very knowledgeable about wildlife in Sri Lanka, gave me excellent advice to plan my trips. Nice setup, very comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Had tasty Sri Lankan meals prepared to my choice. All in all had a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Best hosts ever! We are really lucky that we found this place. We really enjoyed our room, the sound of the ocean, and more then all - the very kind hosts of this place! We stayed for two weeks and really felt like it’s our little home in Sri Lanka, breakfast was great and we got all help we needed and beyond from the hosts. This is really all you can ask for!! I recommend from all my heart!

A hidden gem! My husband and me loved this place. The host is very welcoming and will help with anything. We've been there for a whole month and couldn't ask for more: fully equipped kitchen, sleeping room with air con, an own backyard with lots of palm trees, beautiful sunrises and a big deck upstairs. The house is actually at the beach, so you can watch the ocean anytime. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place.
