I found Tharanga reception staff's, to be incredibly helpful and accommodating. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my check-in process so easy. EVERYTHING! it is a small hotel, located in a remote area, quiet, on the lake. The room was big, with a very comfortable bed, huge bathroom with both shower and tub. The terrace of the room offers spectacular view over the pool and lake. The food was very good, we ate here breakfast, lunch and dinner and we liked all meals! It offers an a la carte menu which we liked very much, we were sick of buffet style ... We tried also the massages, which were pretty nice as well. Last but not least, the personnel was very kind, attentive and always happy to help you with anything you want. They offer you a personal butler which is available anytime for you at a ring distance (they even give you a phone to call him directly when you need anything).
