We had a lovely stay at this small, family-run hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with A/C, making it very comfortable. We enjoyed having easy access to the pool and the cute outdoor terrace, which was a perfect spot to relax and have dinner. What made our stay truly special was the owner and his son, who spontaneously offered to take us for a ride to show us around town. Such a friendly and thoughtful gesture!

A special thank you to Danushka for giving us the best start to our Sri Lanka trip. Everything is possible and doable here, and you are truly well taken care of! The air conditioning worked perfectly, we slept wonderfully (loved that we had a duner), and the bathroom had hot water. We initially chose Ayana Beach Hotel because of its proximity to the airport and planned to explore Colombo city during our stay. However, from the moment we arrived, the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere completely captured us, and we found ourselves happily spending most of our time at the hotel instead. We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from Colombo’s busy streets, offering the perfect escape for anyone seeking comfort and tranquility. A special thanks to Khalil, who was extremely helpful, kind, and hardworking, meeting him was truly a pleasure. The rest of the staff were amazing too. The food was absolutely delicious; we never felt the need to dine anywhere else. All in all, Ayana Beach Hotel is the perfect choice for a peaceful and memorable stay near Colombo!

Very friendly, kind, helpful staff. I liked our big and clean room with ocean view. Friendly locals living in the area of the hotel. The woman at the reception was extremely friendly. Also Dinesh and the other helper were very nice. Dinesh took us for a trip around the area and picked us up from the airport. We had dinner and breakfast. No complaints. Everything went smoothly. Good level of hygiene. Ideal if you are coming from or going to the airport but not just. Perfect stay.
