If I could rate this higher than 10 — I would. Incredibly beautiful, better than the pictures, the staff are INCREDIBLE, there is an adjoining restaurant that serves all meals, they are also INCREDIBLE, best food we’ve eaten in all of Sri Lanka.

One of our best hotels in hole sri lanka. Starting with the friendly and helpfull staff, the beautiful beach area in front of the hotel. Nobody disturbs you and relaxing with kids is absolutely possible. Also the prices in the reataurant are realy fair. There is not a lot around even if you have a car like us. So we extended our stay over for 3 more nights. One of the good hotels that have the AC not directly in front of the bed.

The Host and his family are very nice and helpful. He already has experience since he worked in hotels before. The room is the best we had in Sri Lanka so far. It‘s very clean, the bathroom is big and modern and the location is right next to the beach. There are a lot of restaurants and bars right next to the apartment, which all have a really nice vibe. Also, the main bus station is only a 5 minute walk, so perfect for travelers. Although we only stayed 1 night we had a really good time here and wish all the best to the host :)

Manè is warm and very kind host. She made me feel at home, indeed!! The room was very bright clean and spacious, the service over the top! Beside of it, a very nice balcony with a sitting chilling area with sea view. Breakfast very high quality, homemade and big quantity and variety. Location is right in front of the beach and close to everything you might need.. Definitely my favourite place so far. I d have had more time to hang around just cause i felt so welcome and relaxed. At evening was alwas a pleasure to be back in my room and feeling so confortable. Such a nice sleeping everytime. Manè s son dropped me at the bus station and has very kind as well. Seriously i hope to be back and spend more time in this place, where i felt at home. Thank you Manè!!!!

Amazing location as the property was in beach front, with a little gate giving access to the beach. Due to being low season we are the only guest but the quality of the stay was not impacted, and the host was amazing. Swimming pool is modern and it was clear even if it was just for us. The room was clean , spacious and air conditioning was powerful. We recommend the local breakfast with sea view. Lunch and dinner was not possible during our stay but host recommended us 'Priya Moon Cafe and Seafood Restaurant' located 500m away and it was so good we came back during the second night.

Clean rooms, clean garden, clean area, all day the hotel staff are working the keep everything clean and nice. If you are at Sri Lanka you know how rare the clean hotels. This is one of the few of the places where you feel the cleanest . Friendly and very kind owner !
