The place was fantastic with beautiful, manicured lawns, nice areas to rest and relax, a large pool, and a lovely bar/dining area. The rooms were also comfortable and clean. Felt like a thief paying so little to stay in such a beautiful place!

This place is a true little paradise! Martinez and his colleague looked after us very well, kindly upgrading us to a bigger bungalow with a kitchen as we were the only guests. The bungalow was perfectly clean and so were the pool and the rest of the grounds. The location is great with the property being right by the beach. We were even allowed to cut some coconuts out of the trees and enjoy fresh coconut water. They have a cook that can you provide you with meals, one evening we ordered a fish BBQ at the beach, which was fantastic! We can highly recommend Nayan’s Paradise!

The customer service was exceptional, and they were committed to making our stay comfortable. The accommodation was comfortable, and the hotel had impeccable cleanliness and maintenance. This accommodation is very special and we felt like we were in an oasis of calm. The pool was perfect, the house is in a beautiful garden among coconut palms. The mini house is very well equipped for European style (we very much appreciated the separate shower). We really haven't found a single mistake. Too bad we only stayed one night, it was probably the best accommodation we had in Sri Lanka for a month.

Basic place with a view over the water for a cheap one night stay. Food was good and they let us drink a few beers that we bought down the street offering to keep them cold in the kitchen. Overall nice stay with very friendly staff.
