One of the best stays of our 2 month trip in Sri Lanka! Best value for money. The room was spacious and clean, great shower with hot water, and breakfast could be enjoyed on the little veranda every morning. The bed was sooooo comfortable!! Location is a bit out of town which for us was ideal, since we enjoy going on walks and exploring our surroundings. The hosts were incredibly nice and attentive, and helped us to rent a scooter, and took us in and out of town when we needed. Sigiriya was just a short ~30min scooter ride away, Dambulla cave temple is just around the corner. For us this was the perfect end to our trip in Sri Lanka, thank you!!

Very clean and spacious room with a great view over the swimming pool and the garden and mountains The food was delicious and an outstanding breakfast. A mix of oriental and western breakfast options. The staff was super friendly and helpful There was some confusion about the beds for the children but that was also quickly resolved The swimming pool is huge and more than welcome after visiting the temples. We could have stayed much longer

This place was such a pleasant surprise! They opened recently, so everything is brand new and perfect, but what really stands out is how much the owners clearly love what they do. You can immediately feel it in the cleanliness, the kindness, and even the care they put into the decorations. The bathrooms are spacious and spotless, the beds are very comfortable, and everything feels welcoming. Truly recommended!

But in all my journeys, I have never experienced a hostel like this—one that truly cared for me like family. The owner and his wife were incredibly kind and supportive, and the lovely staffs welcomed me warmly and provided all the facilities I needed. Though I stayed for just two days, it was a moment that left a lasting mark on my heart.The room, bed, washroom, and every other facility were exceptional. The hotel was awesome! First we were welcomed with refreshing wipes and nice juices. They also made some kind of nice ritual with candles. Then we went to our room,which was so big,clean and comfy. Also we had a bathtub on the balcony. There was super big mango garden,where you can take walks and you can visit the nearby lake. There were several activities like big beautiful chess and ping pong. The food was a great combination of traditional and international food. It had great presentation and was delicious. The best thing in this hotel was THE STAFF. Everyone was so nice, always there to help you and assist. They were always smiling. We loved the manager,the cleaning ladies,all the girls from reception and restaurant. So nice! We reallyliked a girl named Sachini, which was mainly on the ba, she was super nice. My personal favorite one though was the NATURALIST!!! Her name was Sithumi. We definitely recomend going on the safari tour with her. She was so so so nice,always helping out and she knew so much about all animals! She saw birds for maybe 2 seconds and already knew the kind! So impressive! She was caring for all of us so much! Definitely recomend this hotel and we would love to come back❤️

The food and services were excellent, as the host and his family were very respectful and responded quickly to our requests, helping us promptly. We got good advices and had good conversations with the host, we understood the culture a bit better and we rested in a nice, comfortable space. It is definitely offering a lot for the price, the stay was pleasant and close to Dambulla's centre.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Very comfortable beds, air conditioning with dehumidifier mode, and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. The breakfast is big, very tasty, and typically Sri Lankan, with options to customize. The staff is lovely.
