We're visiting Kaunas 1-2 times a year. Tried Victoria Hotel after trying a few additional Hotels in the city. Since then staying only at Victoria Hotel. Great Location, Good Parking, Great Staff. I think I'm seeing some additional improvements each time we coming back to the Victoria Hotel.

The location was excellent, in the Art Deco section of Kaunas. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful. They went out of their way to do anything they could for the hotel guests. I don't know the name of the person who checked us in at reception, but she was both competent and welcoming, as was Ugnius, who was on at night. The breakfast offered lots of food choices. And finally, the hotel remembered my very important birthday with a gorgeous birthday card and box of chocolate!

A small hotel in Kaunas city. It is out of the city centre, yet its location is perfect for those who travel with a car. Secured Parking is available. It is free for the residents of the Hotel. Good breakfast. The options are to be chosen from the Menue Card. Not a buffet. All meals ordered were freshly cooked and tasty. Obviously, the guest would have to wait until the order is done by the Chef. The Hotel has a central heating system throughout. The rooms are spotless clean. Comfy beds. Strong wifi signal. Definitely will book again!
