    Rusnė is a very beautiful old fishing village where you can still buy and taste fresh smoked fish. You can also rent a boat and sail to Mingė, Venta, Nida, and see the Uostadvaris lighthouse. It is also convenient to travel around the entire island of Rusnė by bicycle, visiting the most remote and hidden corners.

    Rusnė is a wonderful place if you're tired of buzzing...

    Rusnė is a wonderful place if you're tired of buzzing Lithuanian seaside or a little bit overpriced Nida. Atmosphere is very relaxing and calm, people are simple and friendly. Good thing that you can find couple of nice restaurants to dine-in such as Prie Peterso Tilto. All the main attractions can be reached on foot but we recommend to bring your bikes because there is a wonderful bicycle path around Rusne's island.

    Rusnė is an excellent place for birdwatching.

    Rusnė is an excellent place for birdwatching. The island is unique in terms of architecture (old style Lithuania Minor region villages, like Skirvytėlė), rivers and rivulets crossing the island and forming many new ones. Rare birds everywhere.
