Perfect place for relaxing, in the middle of a tracking routes and a forest, a stream is just in the backyard where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff was very nice and what an excellent restaurant, great food, great chef. Dog-friendly place, comfortable beds and really pretty interieur design in the entire hotel. Very clean, the cleaning lady, the restaurant and reception staff were all very nice. Overall, a superb experience, I can only recommend.

It was overall a good experience at your hotel.

It was overall a good experience at your hotel. Maybe it is more romantic in the winter because we had bad luck with the weather, it was rainy and colder than it normal is for the month of May. I liked the idea behind the hotel to make it like a luxurious castle and then with SPA and modern facilities. It was very crowdy which I didn't expect for end of May. The inside isolation was not good but outside isolation was perfect. The room was very warm even without turning on the air-con. But once more, please, think about on adding some small details for people who bring their first night like married couple. A small card should have been more personal!

Magnificent! A truly unique castle with an exceptional, relaxing, and beautiful spa. Everything is perfect, from the room to the spa, the restaurant, and the bookstore – the best place to recharge and forget everything!

The welcome was wonderful.

The welcome was wonderful. Warm and helpful, as we arrived early. It was wonderful to relax in the library with coffee. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with local juice and pommes from the nearby abbey. The peace and quiet were wonderful. The spa was luxurious. The restaurant was sublime. The stay was too short.

Urspelt itself is only a small village/hamlet.

Urspelt itself is only a small village/hamlet. Using a hiking app, we were able to take four (unmarked) walks starting from the castle. For those who want to follow more marked walks in what is otherwise a very attractive hiking area, it's better to start from Clervaux. It's barely 3 km from Urspelt.

The property is beautiful. Especially in snow, it looks amazing. The buildings are beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable and chic. Everything in the rooms are beand new. Very comfortable beds. Nuxe adds an additional value. The location is quite far from main city, so if you want to shop or eat at a good restaurant, you better do before you go to the hotel location. There is a restaurant at the property but price/quality don't match. They need a better chef. But the hotel is like a dream. The staff is very good.

Such a special stay at this hotel. Room, food, service was exceptional. We actually got stuck during a snow fall and theycame to collect us. Just fantastic. Spa was really good as well. Location and the use of free public transport can get you to the local town and into Luxembourg. So easy.
