Everything was spotless clean and people super friendly. Although the swimming pool was super cold (not heated by the end of September, so nothing else to be expected) it was great fun and a great for coldness. The breakfast was great. The staff were very nice and polite, although sometimes too polite which produced some longer queues to the reception counter. The building of the hotel is very nicely located and rather nicely designed. The young staff were extremely well-trained and certainly tried to meet all our expectations and needs.
