Ambro Krasts is a truly magical place – peaceful, scenic, and filled with soul. The biggest highlight was meeting the amazing hostess – so warm, kind, and genuinely caring. From the very first moment, we felt not like clients, but like welcomed guests in a family home. We especially appreciated the surrounding silence, beautiful nature, relaxing sauna, and the unique spiritual atmosphere created by the nearby churches. It felt like time slowed down and allowed us to simply be. The guest house itself was outstanding – tasteful, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, making our stay exceptionally comfortable and pleasant. Ambro Krasts is more than just a campsite – it’s a heartfelt refuge where you can reconnect with yourself and nature. We will definitely return!

I cannot recommend this house enough! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning surroundings. The location is absolutely breathtaking – peaceful, scenic, and a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The house itself is immaculate, spacious, and beautifully. Large windows allow for plenty of natural light and offer incredible views of the landscape. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear they take great pride in maintaining the property to the highest standard. If you're looking for a serene getaway in a gorgeous setting, this is the place to be. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent location in the very quiet part of the town. Couple of minutes walk to Basilica, close to the lake. The property is very well maintained, there is a place for barbecue. The house from outside looks like from fairy tales, inside is filled with nice little details and books about Latgale and Aglona - was very interesting to look through the library. Comfortable bed, all necessary facilities. The owner was very friendly. I was travelling by bicycle and the place is friendly to the cyclists.
