Accommodation for those who, on a business trip or during a missed flight, just needed to come back at night and sleep. I really liked the breakfast and the helpful staff. The reception is available 24/7 and the entire hotel is staffed by very smart and helpful young people. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to try this interesting concept. Upon arrival, they will show you everything and explain it to you. Breakfast is served from 4:30 to 10:00, it is really great and they replenish it continuously. In capsule is aviable fan so you do nôt have a fear about circling of Air. IS aviable small TV and memory foam mattress and pillow, so you get a very good night's sleep.

The room assigned to us is at level 4. It is clean and our needs are well attended. The place is a few minutes from Old Town and it is right at the centre of the business district. There are few good restaurants around the area although the hotel has its own dining restaurant at level 6, “Kitschen” that serves really good food. It also has a lounge bar at the 1st level. Checking in and check out is pretty easy and swift. We’ve stayed in this hotel the 2nd time.

The room was fantastic. The bed was super comfortable and though the hotel was located on a main street, there was no noise. We had a room on the front side of the hotel and the views were spectacular. The bathroom floor was heated and what a comfort and pleasure it was during a November stay. The housekeeping was excellent and the rooms were kept clean. The kitchenette is basic and okay for maybe heating something but doesn't really serve well for cooking a full meal. The cupboards are spacious and the seating area in the room was also ample.

For our purpose the location was excellent, opposite of the railwaystation and the international buses terminal on one hand, couple of hundred meters to the bus 22 (from or to the airport) and at the entrance to the Old City of Riga on the other hand. Rooms very comfy and excellent breakfast, even starting quite late (7 o clock). Hotel and rooms are nicely renovated and decorated, according to Riga's Art Nouveau style.

    I believe a truer picture of Latvia is in the regions, regional towns and country areas. In my opinion Latvia has become too 'Riga and Jurmala" centric. Investment in regions needs to be more pronounced.

    Beautiful old town. Friendly locals. Great views from St Peter tower (Petera baznica tornis), and floor 26 (skyline bar) of Radisson Blu Hotel. See library, occupation museum, Doma church, art nouveau buildings, etnographical museum (bus ride), seaside. Lido chain of restaurants is great for reasonably priced local food. Centre is walkable, but cobbles are bumpy for wheelchairs and pushchairs. Many buildings and transport not yet accessible, but getting there! Reliable taxis.

    Beautiful Riga Old Town.

    Beautiful Riga Old Town. I also liked the Rozengrals restaurant. The ancient atmosphere of that era is very well conveyed. A beautiful view opens from the observation deck of the Latvian Academy of Sciences of the Riga city panorama.

    Riga is a beautiful city and has a fascinating history (well Latvia does). The public transport was brilliant and the 5-day city ticket was excellent. It was noticeable that fri/sat evenings in the Old Town were getting somewhat raucous ! Beer lovers (quality rather than quantity !) are well catered for in the city, the better ones are mainly out of the central area.

    The location of the hotel is nice, its only 15 mins walking to the Old Town part. Private airport transfer was on time and was great to be at the hotel within 30 mins after landing in Latvia though it’s overpriced. Check in went well, the receptionist lady was very nice and spoke very good English. Bed was comfortable and the curtains were really great quality to keep the room dark in the mornings. The TV set worked just fine to watch series & news in English.

    The hotel is a good base for exploring Riga! It is a 15-20 minute walk into the old town, and there is plenty close by the hotel. It's very cheap and although it's not the greatest hotel ever, it's very good value for money. The rooms are clean and functional without being exceptional. Reading reviews and pictures before staying offer a good description of the hotel. Combs and slippers in the room were an unexpected surprise.

    This is one of the best hotels that we ever stayed. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay, good sleep and tasty breakfast, even blackout curtains, 2 size pillows, shower caps. Location is really good, as it is quite close to the old town. When we come to Riga, we always choose this hotel and it gets even better each time :)

    Nice hotel close to Riga’s Old Town. Despite being on a busy street, rooms facing the back are quiet. Parking at the hotel is €20, but street parking nearby is only €2/hour and free 8 pm–8 am — perfect if you’re just staying overnight.
