The Riad is a hidden secret in the Medina of Marrakesh. Everything is in walking distance and close to the famous Djamaa el Fna square. Although there is a lot of activity and people into the nearby souk, the Riad Merzouga is inside an oasis of quitness. The room was beautiful decorated and very clean and comfortabel. Really enjoyed our stay at Pavillion de Kasbah. Isabelle helped us a lot enjoy Marrakech, she has the best tips. The rooftop is lovely and amazing to enjoy a mint tea after your day out. There is also a very nice man that can help you if you get lost at night. Great service! The hotel is beautiful and super clean with a very nice design. Neighborhood is very safe and feels very local.

We had a long journey from the UK to Morocco. We were so tired until we finally collected our luggages. We were a group of 13 and we stayed in Morocco for our first family trip for 6 days. Omar was our driver for the first half of our holiday. We organised a pick up from the airport to the villa but it was thanks to Loubna, the host, who helped us from this point until the end of our holiday. She was simply fantastic! She was so kind, friendly and helpful! She met us at the Villa and explained everything and made our stay comfortable. She was just a call away and we can't thank her enough for her support. Omar, the driver was just amazing. He worked hard to take us to popular spots to see and eat! Nasir was our second driver. He was so funny and a super cool guy. The cleaners and chefs at the villa did a perfect job feeding us and keeping us clean and safe. The villa was just out of this world! It was like a dream! It was just beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom, lounge area, pool, spa and gym were just perfect. We want to go again and we can't wait! Thank you!
