Service was impeccable in every area of the hotel. Dining on-site is highly recommended: the food is outstanding and, whenever possible, sourced directly from the hotel’s own garden. My sister and I stayed for one night, and everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we booked, Fatima Zahra was in contact with us both by phone and in person. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She even surprised us with a lovely fruit basket, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The apartment was spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, and incredibly cozy. It had a calm, relaxing atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The owner of the apartment Yassin was also very responsive and kind throughout. This place is the definition of true hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I would definitely come back without hesitation. I also hope that future guests treat the apartment with the same care and respect, so it remains as beautiful and inviting as it is now. Wishing Fatima Zahra and Yassin all the best—they truly deserve it!

The apartment is new, all the fit in was excellent Air conditioning is perfect, the TV and kitchen is outstanding I would like to mention that Mr Mustafa the house manager and his cleaning team were very quick to respond to any help. Thanks to Mr. Fabrice who allowed me to discover a new zone in Marrakech.

We absolutely LOVED Villa Shabhala. When we arrived, our jaws literally all dropped because the villa is just so stunning! And I think we weren't expecting it to be as grand as it was, so we were all just speechless for a few moments, realising excitedly that this was going to be ours for the next few days! We were met by the house manager, Marwan, who was so helpful and friendly. The bedrooms are all a great size, with space to unpack. I loved that each bedroom had a full en-suite bathroom which are all modern. The various seating areas outside were a highlight for us, giving us different areas to chill in the day and unwind in the evening. Definitely recommend this villa for your family / group stay in Marrakech.
