The hotel is well placed for access to and from the airport. The restaurant was very smart and modern with a great outdoor dining area where we had breakfast.. The roof top was an Ideal place to relax by the pool on our last day whilst waiting to go to the airport. The room was very comfortable and modern. The biggest attraction of the hotel was the staff, I had interaction with the restaurant staff who were extremely polite and efficient. The most important and positive experience we had was with the reception staff (Wiam and Yasmina ) who on 2 occasions went to exceptional lengths to help us and resolve a couple of issues, they were absolutely fabulous.

Staying at Hotel Marrakech was just feeling at home! We had a very nice room, with a wonderful view on the harbour. The room and the all hotel was very clean, and the staff helped us in whatever we were needing, always keeping a smile and a good atmosphere! The WiFi was perfectly working in all the hotel, both in the room and in the common areas, and the position is perfect to enjoy the medina and the main monuments. We just look forward to come back there!
