The staff at Vila Quieta were so warm and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for us, made bookings, provided excellent recommendations and were friendly and welcoming. They even laid on special food for all the guests during Morocco’s World Cup match.

At Heure Bleue Palais the staff understands what great service is. The experience we had was really exceptional. It started with getting a free upgrade to a Deluxe Suite. The Suite was in one word “great”. Very comfortable and well decorated. All you wanted or needed was there. On daily base we were surprised with nice treats. Also daily breakfast was exceptional of quality. Very complete and diverse with high quality of products. One evening we had dinner in their restaurant. This as well was surprisingly well. All in all we had as frequent travelers a surprisingly great stay @ Heure Bleue Palais. Big compliments to Eric and his team.

Staff are super nice and very hospital Anything you ask is done right away. Room service was super quick Housekeeping clean room every day with new towels. Reception staff well trained concierge was outside the hotel to welcome the guests we arrived with a rental car. He took our luggage inside and then he took our car to their parking space. This was nice service reduced alot of looking for hotel parking place. The hotel manager is well trained on customer service and very good listening. Everything! Everything was amazing, from the staff to the cleanliness of the room. The owners are a couple from Andorra and they both speak many languages! Not just few words, they can have a proper conversation in English, Spanish, French, Italian, Arab.. I think this is such a plus! I was amused and impressed! The staff was also very welcoming and attentive to details. The food from the restaurant was also amazing. After 1week of Tajins, we finally had some great seafood. I highly recommend the seafood platter. Definitely one of the best place in Essaouira.

It was super clean with such friendly staff. Every need was meet. A perfectly central location. I expected much less and was so surprised by the 5 star service and the most comfortable and enormous bed. Bathroom also awesome. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
