Karim and Omar are friendly and trustworthy and helped us a lot during our stay at the riad. Their english is extremely good! They made sure that our esperience in Marrakech was positive! The riad is clean and the rooms are large and confortable. Very recommended!

The Riad is a hidden secret in the Medina of Marrakesh. Everything is in walking distance and close to the famous Djamaa el Fna square. Although there is a lot of activity and people into the nearby souk, the Riad Merzouga is inside an oasis of quitness. The room was beautiful decorated and very clean and comfortabel. Personal is very friendly!

Really enjoyed our stay at Pavillion de Kasbah. Isabelle helped us a lot enjoy Marrakech, she has the best tips. The rooftop is lovely and amazing to enjoy a mint tea after your day out. There is also a very nice man that can help you if you get lost at night. Great service! The hotel is beautiful and super clean with a very nice design. Neighborhood is very safe and feels very local.

Everything was perfect for us. Although we only spent a night there, the place made us forget our everyday stress and exceeded our expectations. From friendly staff, amazing facilities & services and food! We loved out breakfast, our lunch and dinner in two different restaurants, enjoyed our time in the pool and waterpark and the gym has essential machines and was useful. Our lodge was quiet, very spacious and the bed was too comfortable that we didn’t even hear our alarms. We are planning to go back!
