The attention to detail, the stunning design of the lobby and choice of aroma. The design of the poolside and the little hammocks was so relaxing, even the room was so neat and clean and the TV allowed us to connect to our Netflix. It was all so tasteful and so luxuriously decorated, I’m a fan of the feature walls in the lobby and how they matched the furniture. Very cool. I also found it quite cool that they have their own vegetable garden and use it in the food they prepare. The hotel is basically brand new, State of the art door locks with a combination key, fresh and clean rooms that are cool and quirky. The staff were so warm and welcoming, proper Moroccan hospitality and they extended their care in an outstanding way. I will never forget the courtesy they showed us and made sure that we were happy no matter what. Trust me, by the end of our stay we were very happy. Our stay at Yin hotel truly made up for the previous “5 star” hotels we stayed at in the other cities because it really was on an international 5 star level yet small enough that we were given special treatment and the full attention of all the staff and even a meeting with the owner! I feel like family now and we will definitely return to Marrakech one day because of this wonderful place we could call home for a few days.

This pace it's an absolute gem! The photos do not justify how beautiful the place is. The decor, the details and the attentive staff were amazing! We went end of November and the weather was like the UK summer and it was not busy. It's 25 mins to the town centre but we were so glad it as the town was very busy. I'm already thinking of going back. :)

This resort is perfect if you want a little getaway from all the Medina hustle once you are done with Marrakech. The location was perfect. The staffs were amazing, from the warmest greeting from Hiba at the entrance to the loveliest cleaning staffs Khadijah, Khadijah, and Kabira!!! We won't forget the lovely welcome and care!

Everything was amazing. It was modern yet had a nice traditional twist to it, which is what I wanted to get away from city life. All inclusive was amazing and as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner we were also served snacks. Non alcoholics drinks were supplied throughout the day as part of our package. The spa was amazing. Hafsa, Hakima, Samira and Huda were amazing and priced well too. The staff were all welcoming and very helpful. Especially Mustafa and his team at reception, always happy to help and went above and beyond. Entertainment was fabulous. The free shuttle service to the souk was really convenient and saved us taxi fares. I will definitely be coming back here with family.

Exceptional hotel! An oasis on the outskirts of Marrakesh. The decor is beautiful. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, with air con. We ate our evening meal and breakfast (both ample and delicious) under a roofed area in the garden overlooking the swimming pool. We had a night swim under a crescent moon. It was a joy to smell the scent of flowers in the garden and walk among the fruit trees in the orchard. We liked everything about this beautiful hotel. Thank you to Khalid and the staff for your hospitality. As it's approx. 45 mins by car to get to the hotel from Marrakesh, we'd recommend using your own transport to get there. It would make a lovely venue for a small wedding.
