The hotel staff are very good at what they do and very helpful . From front desk ladies ( Manal and girls ) , the breakfast team ( fantastic breakfasts , best coffee ! ) and the cleaning ladies …… everyone serves you with big smile . Location of the hotel is great ! Not far from the airport and walk distance to main tourists attractions . The roof top pool was well maintained even in winter . Fantastic place to read , sunbathing and watch the busy world go by in the street below ……

Very nice property with very good breakfast. We also enjoyed in very good dinner. All employees are very helpful and explained all we need. We arranged their shuttle for transportation from and to airport and it was exactly on time. We had early flight and very early check out. So, we asked if possible to prepare just a few biscuits for the such early breakfast, but we got the whole breakfast 😊. Very safely area with more restaurants, shops and shopping mall. A beautiful park is also on few minutes walking distance. 10 minutes driving to the airport.

Can’t remember all their names but the staff were amazing, Ikram at the front desk was lovely! Our room was upgraded for free as well 😁 Location was good and hotel has a taxi to take too everywhere The food at the restaurant was great too!

Excellent traditional building. The room was essentially two rooms and a veranda, with the second room made entirely of glass. We were thrilled. A small hotel with a warm atmosphere. If you find availability, don’t miss it — it’s almost always fully booked. The staff are wonderful and eager to help with anything you need, from reservations to excursions.
