We had a wonderfull week at the Tigmiza Boutique Resort! We are here for the 4rd time, and it gets better every year! This is mainly thanks to a very dedicated team. The service is very professional but at the same time the staff so friendly - simply you just feel in a better version of your home! So the typical day at Tigmiza would start with Marrakeh’s best Omlette from Chef Tariq and a tasty local pancake from Ghislaine. Then our super concierge - Lamia - would organize a trip to a hidden gem in the medina and reserve a fabulous rooftop. Back at the hotel we would have a snack at the pool bar professionally attended by Azzize&Aziz. Then we would get a traditional Hamman massage by skilled Hayat. We would finish the day with a magnificient dinner by Abdullah & Hamid, which always manage to surprise us with original events. We also thank Abdelrahim and his crew for taking care of the room and the luggage.

Everything!!! We loved any aspect of the hotel. After a few days spent in the Medina (which were also great, but very intense) we loved the relaxed, peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. Our room/ bungalow was very well designed, the bed and sofa were really cozy. We loved the swimming pool and the garden. Any common area of the hotel was extremely well designed and decorated. The staff was very kind and attentive. We didn’t want to leave:)

Said and Nezha Thaifa were amazing hosts and their staff, especially the other Said, were really kind and making sure we were comfortable. It felt like staying with family honestly: they even bought a football for my son to play, and M.Said and my son watched football games on TV together. The property was in a quiet location 15km away from the craziness of the medina so it was great to come back late afternoon to enjoy the pool and relax. The food was delicious, all home cooked freshly every day. The free breakfast was copious and very good. And for dinners we got to try all the tajines cooked by Nezha and her team… probably the best we’ve ever tried! We also got to try all the traditional Maroccan starters and desserts. :) Room was spacious and comfortable.

I would say that great facilities you can find almost in all 4* hotels. But what made our family trip such an unforgettable experience was the incredible staff who went above and beyond to ensure that we get value for money i.e. taxi, booking activities, etc, comfort and an overall great experience. Their warm hospitality and genuine care reminded us to appreciate the little things in life and be more grateful for what we have. We would like to send a special 'Thank you' to the person who helped us book the city tour, taxi, and camel ride experience. PS We have already booked for 7 nights next year.

I love how clean and well maintained the property was. It seems like it was recently renovated or maintained. The facilities and restaurants are a 10, I love that one if their amenities is an in house store where you can quickly get Souvenirs. The staff members where so welcoming, patient and helpful. They have beautiful relaxation area.

We absolutely loved our stay. The property is lovely and well maintained with various pools and an array of activities. The atmosphere is laid-back, and the entire staff is extremely helpful and friendly, which makes you feel right at home. The rooms are spacious, very clean and are airconditioned. The food is very tasty and fresh, and the buffet offers plenty of choice. We also loved the fact that the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the city center, in case you want to discover more of Marrakech. We will definitely be back (this was our second visit, which says it all)!
