I loved the cleanliness of the place, the warm reception and courtesy extended to me, and the willingness to help. I recall I needed to access Nobu Restraunt, and I hadn't reserved. When I expressed my interest to Imane, she willingly reached out to a colleague and ensured I experienced the Nobu touch.

This hotel surpassed my expectations! The staff were friendly and accommodating, we got complimentary mint tea on arrival as we were a bit early before check in. the room was clean and spacious and the bed was huge! Our room was cleaned and sheets changed everyday, with bottles of water left for us each day too. We got breakfast included which was a huge buffet each morning with an array of fruit, pastries and hot food to choose from. We were very impressed.

Everything was perfect for us. Although we only spent a night there, the place made us forget our everyday stress and exceeded our expectations. From friendly staff, amazing facilities & services and food! We loved out breakfast, our lunch and dinner in two different restaurants, enjoyed our time in the pool and waterpark and the gym has essential machines and was useful. Our lodge was quiet, very spacious and the bed was too comfortable that we didn’t even hear our alarms. We are planning to go back!
