Really friendly family run guest house. We arrived around 11 pm, very tired. They made us some refreshing Moroccan tea and made us feel very welcome. Staff were available to answer any questions i had. Customer service from reception team was 100% second to none. Housekeeping were responsive and helpful with anything I asked for. Always greeted at the hotel when coming in and out of the hotel and I also liked the fact that on my first night/and day stay, the reception team on rotational shifts asked me what room I stayed in to verify who I was. I can imagine for some this would make them feel very safe in a hotel.
