The location of Irocha is beautiful, near enough for a day visit to several kasbahs but far away from the touristy crowds. We had the suite and appreciated having the sitting room to spread out. Breakfast was typical Moroccan fare with a pancake, toast, juice, coffee, eggs, and yogurt. Dinner was also good, and they accommodated my vegetarian request. The dining room offers lovely views of the valley and weather permitting, we could dine outside on the patio. The host was particularly helpful in offering suggestions for our day in Ait Ben Haddou. The secluded pool area offered shady and sunny places to relax and was refreshing to swim in. We also took advantage of the hammam, although there was some confusion about the right level of steam and we stayed longer than we might have liked.

When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown to our room. Our hosts gave us mint tea and bowls of nuts on arrival which was wonderful after driving for a few hours. Dinner was so good and plentiful. Our room was nice and cool to sleep in. Breakfast in the morning was a great variety of food. Both meals we were given to much. We had nice conversations with our hosts and were given some good suggestions about things to see on our journey.

Everything was wonderful. (Even though the Kasbah is right at the main road, it's quiet). Within a short walk behind the kasbah you can reach the mountains where you find old room-caves in the cliffs and rocks. The people of the Kasbah aswell as the local people in the town behind the Kasbah are very helpful with finding trails and explanations. If we ever come back, we will visit this place again. Thank you very much for all.

The place was perfect. We arrived late And they cooked for us delicious (probably the best) tajini, at a good price. In the morning we had to go on the trip, but before leaving we could enjoy a traditional tea and a quiet view from the terrace (sunrise between the mountains). Staff amazing, and they speak well English

The owner is so sweet, really had the best time staying here. The view is spectacular!! When we arrived he prepared us tea and even offered us some melon. As it was hot he even gave us some fresh water (for free). The room is cosy with a cute balcony overlooking the mountain. They are expanding the property and looking to do a pool, I bet it will be even nicer.

We were warmly welcomed into the property, it had a beautiful pool, easy parking and an easy walk into the town. The owner was lovely and even woke up super early to have our breakfast ready. was really clean and comfortable.

It was one of the best place where I have been in Morocco. And I have been in at least, 6 different ones. The owner and his family were super friendly, it was all what you need. Breakfast, dinner of you need, water. They treat me as a one more person at home, not as a traveler. I strongly recommend when you want to rest, have a peace and feel really calm. About 20 minutes from the town and because of it was super comfy- without a lot of people. Thank you for all! Anna:)

If you want to feel the atmosphere of the Berber world, we recommend this hotel. Very nice and helpful hotel staff. Delicious food. Great location. parking and beer available in the restaurant. I recommend this place.

Excellent hospitality by the owner Mr. Mostafa which exceeded my expectation! Excellent location! Spacious room! Mr. Mostafa had been in touch with me even before our arrival! He is our saviour! Our car broke down on the way to Ait Ben Haddou, in the middle of nowhere in Tizi Tishka, in the middle of the night with heavy rains and hailstones! I was travelling with small children! Mr. Mostafa assisted us in contacting transportation to pick us up! He even called the Gendarmerie and informed them about our situation and to ensure our safety! We safely arrived in Ait Ben Haddou at 3.00 am and Mr. Mostafa quickly showed us our rooms and let us rest immediately. The next day, again he assisted us to find another transportation because we need to go to Merzouga. Even after Merzouga, he assisted us again and again to find us another transportation that can bring us back from Merzouga to Fes! He is indeed our saviour! He offered us his help and assistance without any hesitance. He kept in touch with out throughout our journey. I couldnt express how much we are thankful and grateful for his help and assistance.
